Assuming the project includes refinishing all treads, the handrail, and nosings - as well as installing new balusters and Newell posts - you would be looking at about 2 weeks for the entire project.
The short answer is, no. We use top of the line sanding and dust-extraction equipment, so rest assured that your home will stay nice and clean. We also put up plastic around the working area to make sure any residual dust is contained to the working area.
At minimum you must wait 24hrs before the stairs can receive light traffic. Once the last stage of sanding is complete we ask that the stairs are not stepped on until at least 1 coat of clear coat sealer has been applied and has time to dry.
Our average 10' x 15' kitchen project generally take about 2-3 weeks to complete. Factors such as running new range vents, hardwiring additional appliances, scraping drywall ceilings, etc. can affect the timeline.
For your basic 600 SqFt basement renovation you would be looking at about 4-6 weeks. The largest variable is dry-time for the drywall mudding and painting.
For your standard 3pc bathroom, you would be looking at about 2 weeks - going with a custom shower base could extend the project by about a week.
Assuming your space is about 1000 SqFt and you are looking to remove existing hardwood + tile, followed by the installation of new hardwood flooring, and baseboard trim - the project would take about 7-8 days to complete. Demolition of click flooring and/or carpet would bring that timeline down to 5-6 days.
Depending on the products being removed and installed, you can expect the average hardwood project to cost about $5 - $6 per Sq. Ft. Material Costs are not included in that figure.
Depending on the products being removed and installed, you can expect the average floating floor project to cost about $4 - $5 per Sq. Ft. Material Costs are not included in that figure.
Absolutely! Through partnerships with local flooring manufacturers we have access to a small line of exclusive products for competitive prices. We have Laminate products starting at $2.00, Vinyl flooring options starting at $3.00 per Sq. Ft, and Engineered and Solid Hardwood starting at $4.50.
Our team is happy to deliver any materials that we purchase for the project.
Some clients prefer to order their own materials which generally isn't a problem, however in such a case they are responsible for having it delivered to the home / jobsite.
Yes we do offer extended labour warranties on our projects.
